A Ray of Light

The 45th letter to you.

Once again, I stand up from the ashes after the fire burned me. The flames that tempered my soul seared and smithed me like a sharp sword—the eternal flame. You see, nothing is impossible if your mind is strong enough to endure hardship and suffering, at least not when you have a burning wish or desire to fulfill.

When I find myself ascending to a higher dimension and understand what I need, I don’t mind being put back in the “cage,” being under surveillance, or being forced to medicate to eventually gain my freedom, because all of those are only illusions. I accept and willingly receive treatment, even though the girl in me used to wish for a life without medication. But to ascend is to see all things in this world as a play acting out, and illusion is to forget who I am.

But I believe that at the end of all suffering, you have learned and accumulated experiences. Once you become aware that you are worth all the good in the world, and that suffering more will only be unnecessary, you will stop your suffering with awareness. You are conscious enough to choose liberation from your suffering; you will end it through trials, through challenges, and by being optimistic about the future, because your mind finally clears up to know that you’ve suffered enough. Enough is enough. Why dwell any longer on the past and live your life as if you have no choice? The myriads of possibilities in this world number in the millions or billions—so many different ways to do, to be, and to choose from. The universe is vast enough for all of us. So why live as if you are only a speck of dust? You are a star. Shining so brilliantly, even if your soul glows but faintly, you are still a star among stars.

So, I heed my wish as a human being to slow down the process of healing until my mental health is on par with my spirit, and until I can balance doing and being seamlessly, so that I won’t be unsure of myself in carrying out the mission I am here to do. To carry the crown that was bestowed upon me with dignity and nobility, and to bear it with my head held high.

I am not here to attract attention to myself by doing anything special, or to gain fame or fortune. I am here to just live a simple life by being who I am, with the desire for harmony and peace among the people in this world.

My everyday life is about incorporating the teachings I have learned through trials and experiences, sprinkling golden rays of beaming light toward everyone on my way and all living beings. Nothing more, but to simply share my optimism for a better future and extend kindness and compassion. This, I truly believe I can do, even though I am only one person.

I’m brimming with joy just knowing I am growing day by day and shining day by day. I might just be a ray of light, beaming my joy along with the sun.
